4 Ingredient Cookies
These cookies were hands down the best thing I’ve ever made. They are so easy and it was very tempting to eat the entire batter. These are great for dessert, a quick snack, or even breakfast (which I made them for). The recipe makes around 15-20 small cookies.
1 1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 egg or flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal, 2.5 tbsp water)
Optional: nuts, dried cranberries, chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F
In a bowl, whisk the egg. If you are using an flax egg, whisk the water and flax and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add in the oatmeal, peanut butter,and maple syrup and mix well.
Fold in any add ins. I used peanuts, but I actually liked it better without.
Take a cookie scoop and add to a baking sheet. Flatten the cookies using a fork.
Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
