Below is a video of the workout, in which you can follow along to it. There are five exercises for one minute each. You can do as many rounds as you would like.
Burpees - without the push up
Push Ups - if you cannot do push ups for a whole minute, you can modify it by putting your knees on the ground (which I showed in the video)
Sit Ups - you can either cross your arms on your chest or put your arms behind your head (I showed both)
Squat Jumps - if you cannot do squat jumps for a minute, you can do the squat without the jump
