Are you REALLY hungry?

If you're anything like me, you love to eat. A lot. As much as I enjoy eating, I never feel good when I eat too much. So here is a quick assessment on if you are actually hungry or if your mind is just playing games with you.

  1. Consider ALL foods - Think about all kinds of foods. Would you eat a salad or just a large pizza? How about an apple? Some carrots? Think of other foods you usually would not have or ever want. If you would be ok with eating all of these foods, then you are definitely hungry!

  2. Drink a glass of water - Before eating a meal of going to a restaurant that you know has large portions, drink a glass of water. Drinking a glass of water is proven to make you feel full faster, and it keeps you hydrated.

OVERVIEW: Hopefully, if you follow these two super quick steps you will realize that you are 1. not even that hungry or 2. STARVING. Problem solved!
