Hi guys! A few weeks ago, I was having stomach issues. I started juicing, and I absolutely loved it! It is a quick and easy way to get in all of your fruits and vegetables, and with the right recipes, it tastes great.
This is my favorite juice recipe! Hinting the title...it looks terrible. But trust me, it's soooo good!
4 medium carrots
1 medium red apple
1 medium orange
1 inch ginger
A handful of spinach
1/2 a lemon
Put it into the juicer...and that's it!
Put it into the blender with some water.
Once blended, place either a nut milk bag, a cheesecloth, or a cloth napkin on top of a bowl and pour the juice through it.
Squeeze it with your hands until the juice is in the bowl.
*After making the juice, make sure you clean the juicer/blender well, or else the metal will rust.
