I absolutely love having this smoothie for breakfast! I always have it before I leave for school since it is quick and easy to make. I love how it is healthy, yet refreshing. It gives me the energy to get through the mornings, no matter how exhausting they can be. Even though it can serve one person, I have made this for my mom and I, and there is enough for the both of us.
2 cups of frozen berries
1 cup of plain yogurt
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup of spinach
I usually add some water and/or ice to taste to make it a less thick consistency
Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smoothe.
