Halloween Workout

Obviously Halloween is on October 31st, so this workout is inspired by the numbers 10 and 31 (10 for the month of October, 31 for the date). It is a full body workout, consisting of 31 reps of 10 easy exercises that do not need weights. Enjoy!

  3. 31 Sit Ups

  4. 31 Lunges

  5. 31 Mountain Climbers (each side)

  6. 31 Bicycles (each side)

  7. 31 Supermans

  8. 31 Tricep Dips
