Peanut Butter Balls

This is one of my favorite things to eat before practice. Not too heavy but still fills me up and gives me enough energy to get through long hours. You can refrigerate them for up to 3 weeks or freeze them for up to 6 months.

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups of oats (old-fashioned or quick cooking)
3/4 cups of all-natural peanut butter
1/3 cups of honey
1/3 cups of semisweet or dark chocolate chips
Optional: 1/4 cups of crasins
Procedure
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.
If the dough is sticky, refrigerate it for a 2-3 hours or freeze it for 30 minutes.
Form the dough into medium-sized balls and refrigerate them for about an hour.
