Hi everyone, hope you are having a happy holiday! I thought these peppermint balls would be a perfect recipe for Christmas Day. These are so yummy, and I love the taste of peppermint chunks. Enjoy!
1 3/4 cup oat flour (If you do not have oat flour, blend oats in a blender)
1 cup all natural creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup agave
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder or cacao powder
Crushed peppermint (I put a candy cane in a ziplock bag and crushed them)
Combine the oat flour, peanut butter, agave, protein powder, cocoa powder, and crushed peppermint in a large bowl.
Form the mixture into balls and freeze them. I made around 12.
