Peppermint Balls

Hi everyone, hope you are having a happy holiday! I thought these peppermint balls would be a perfect recipe for Christmas Day. These are so yummy, and I love the taste of peppermint chunks. Enjoy!


  • 1 3/4 cup oat flour (If you do not have oat flour, blend oats in a blender)

  • 1 cup all natural creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup agave

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder or cacao powder

  • Crushed peppermint (I put a candy cane in a ziplock bag and crushed them)


  1. Combine the oat flour, peanut butter, agave, protein powder, cocoa powder, and crushed peppermint in a large bowl.

  2. Form the mixture into balls and freeze them. I made around 12.
