Pumpkin Pie Balls

I've been struggling to find a pumpkin-inspired healthy treat that actually taste good. When I finally came upon this recipe by Eating Bird Food, I was sooo happy. This two-step recipe takes around 5 minutes to make and you can store them in the fridge.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (about 14) pitted dates

  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts

  • 1/4 cup almonds

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • Pinch of sea salt

Procedure

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until the mixture is finely chopped and sticky

  2. Roll into balls (I like them small enough to have 10-12 balls
