  3. Front Raises

  4. Lateral Arm Raises

  5. Bent Over Raise

  6. Shoulder Press

  7. Inside/Outside Bicep Curl

  8. Hammer Curls

  9. Tricep Kickbacks

  10. Tricep Extensions

*I would recommend not using a water that is frozen or very cold. It will start to melt while you are using them and become slippery.
